GETCHA HEAD IN THE GAME

As expected, the 10 days were pretty stressful. Coming up with a solution that could potentially launch and help improve healthcare in rural Ontario was puzzling us all. We clearly had to think outside the box a little bit for this one. It all started when Shraddha and her dad were discussing the COVID relief efforts carried out by hospitals in Delhi, India. Nearby hospitals were organizing mobile clinic visits to different neighbourhoods and providing people with the care they required. This was the eureka moment, this simple idea could work as our solution as well.

We decided that the best solution to the lack of nearby hospitals in rural Ontario is to bring the hospitals there in the form of mobile clinics, and that’s how Diagnosis on Demand was born.

A lot of late night messenger calls, zoom calls, and group chat messages later… We somehow ended up winning 2nd place??? JK. DUH. Of course we won! How could we even lose hello?
